Property valuations are carried out by Certified Practicing Valuers, who are members of the Australian Property Institute.

Once the fee has been accepted and the job has been booked in, we will be in contact to arrange the inspection. For a typical residential job, the inspection takes around half an hour. The valuer will measure rooms, take photos and notes.

A valuation is valid for 90 days from the date of valuation.

We are only able to provide a copy of the report to the instructing party.
