HOW MUCH DOES A PROPERTY VALUATION COST?The cost of a property valuation can vary depending on factors such as the type and location of the property, its size and complexity, and the scope of the valuation required. Please contact our office for a quote.

WHAT IS THE VALUATION PROCESS?Once the fee has been accepted and the job has been booked in, we will be in contact to arrange the inspection. For a typical residential job, the inspection takes around half an hour. The valuer will measure rooms, take photos and notes.

HOW LONG IS A VALUATION REPORT VALID FOR?A valuation is valid for 90 days from the date of valuation.

WILL I GET A COPY OF MY REPORT?We are only able to provide a copy of the report to the instructing party.
